By accessing the jayabaji3 website at jayabaji3.app, creating a player account, or making use of any service offered by the platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and jayabaji3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing the platform and must not create or continue to maintain a player account. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. jayabaji3 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or via a platform notification. The revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Access to and use of jayabaji3 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of their account:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jayabaji3 enforces a strict 18+ policy. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or accessing any game or service on the platform. If it is determined at any point that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated while underage will be forfeited.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts or from participating in gambling activities, you are not eligible to use jayabaji3.
3. Single account: You must not hold or have previously held another account on jayabaji3. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
4. Personal use: You must be registering and playing in your own name, for your own personal recreational use. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, running an account as a commercial enterprise, or acting as an agent for other players is strictly prohibited.
5. Not a jayabaji3 employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of persons connected to the operation of jayabaji3 are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotion.

jayabaji3 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a pattern of account activity that raises concerns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

To access the full range of services on jayabaji3, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jayabaji3 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified jayabaji3 of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.

Verification. jayabaji3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Document requests will be communicated via the registered email address. Processing typically takes one to three business days.

Account currency. All jayabaji3 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit to activate an account is ৳200. There is no fee charged by jayabaji3 for standard deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits. All deposits to your jayabaji3 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties will be refunded to the originating method, and the account may be suspended pending investigation. jayabaji3 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency transactions of any kind.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensures that funds return to their origin. Before a withdrawal is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be satisfied. Withdrawals requested before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to that bonus.

Processing times. jayabaji3 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically settled within minutes of platform approval. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the issuing bank. jayabaji3 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Anti-money laundering. jayabaji3 is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits must represent funds belonging to the account holder derived from legitimate sources. jayabaji3 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable law. Accounts found to be engaged in structuring, layering, or any other money laundering behaviour will be closed immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.

Declined deposits. jayabaji3 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason, particularly where fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violation is suspected. Declined deposits are returned to the originating payment method without deduction.

jayabaji3 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses tied to major cricket events such as the BPL and IPL, free spin awards on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh calendar events. The specific terms for each promotion — including the qualifying deposit amount, wagering requirement, minimum odds for sports bets, eligible games for free spins, and expiry date — are published on the applicable promotion page and form part of these Terms when a player opts in to that promotion.

Wagering requirements. Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash. A bonus must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") using real-money bets before the bonus balance or any winnings generated from it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement of ৳1,000 requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.

Bonus abuse. jayabaji3 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; exploiting software errors or pricing anomalies to generate disproportionate returns; and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the bonus and all associated winnings voided and may be closed.

Promotion modifications. jayabaji3 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle for players who have already opted in, affected players will receive the wagering credit accumulated to that point on a pro-rata basis. jayabaji3 will not be liable for any loss arising from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.

Maximum bonus conversion. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that can be converted from bonus to withdrawable cash from any single welcome bonus is capped at ৳20,000. This cap does not apply to reload bonuses or free spin awards unless the specific terms state otherwise.

Sports betting. All sports bets placed on jayabaji3 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. In the event of ambiguity, the most recently published version of the applicable sport rules on the platform shall govern. Key general principles include: bets are final once confirmed on screen; odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet regardless of subsequent market movement; in-play bets are subject to acceptance delays and may be declined if the market suspends before acceptance is confirmed.

Cricket betting. Cricket is the primary sports betting market on jayabaji3, covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. For match-winner markets, the result determined by the official governing body at the conclusion of play (or via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method in rain-affected matches) is the result used for settlement. Abandoned matches with fewer than the minimum required overs completed are settled as void bets and stakes are returned.

Casino and live dealer games. All casino games available on jayabaji3 — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and specialty titles — operate using certified random number generators or are streamed live from licensed studio environments. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term expected return to the player and does not guarantee any individual session outcome. jayabaji3 does not intervene in game outcomes and does not alter RTP settings on a per-player basis.

Technical errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that results in an erroneous game outcome or odds display, jayabaji3 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings arising from clearly erroneous odds, pricing errors, or game malfunctions are not payable and will be voided without liability to jayabaji3.

Disconnection during live play. jayabaji3 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption on the player's side during a live game session. Where a game session is interrupted by a server-side fault, the applicable game provider's disconnection rules will govern the outcome of the interrupted round.

By using jayabaji3, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and with the conduct standards set out in these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Providing false information at registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle, including false name, age, address, or identity documentation.
• Underage gambling — accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to access the platform using your account credentials.
• Fraud and collusion — using any fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive strategy in connection with betting or gaming, including chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated play with other players.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with games on your behalf without jayabaji3's prior written consent.
• Abuse of platform staff — directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language at jayabaji3 support staff or other players via any communication channel connected to the platform.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities — deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to jayabaji3 immediately; exploitation rather than reporting constitutes a material breach.
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling, or structuring transactions to obscure their origin.
• Reverse engineering — attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any proprietary technology, software, or content belonging to jayabaji3 or its game providers.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct gives jayabaji3 the right to immediately suspend your account, void all pending bets, forfeit any balance accumulated through the prohibited conduct, and pursue any legal remedies available. jayabaji3 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information in response to valid legal requests.

Voluntary closure. You may request the closure of your jayabaji3 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

Self-exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period directly from the account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of six months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period the account is locked, no deposits can be made, and the player will not receive any promotional communications from jayabaji3. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the chosen period has expired will not be honoured.

Platform-initiated suspension. jayabaji3 reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct; (b) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) the platform is required to do so by law or by a regulatory instruction; (d) the account has been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months with a zero balance.

Dormant accounts. An account is considered dormant after twelve consecutive months of no login activity. jayabaji3 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, where applicable, is capped at ৳200 per month and will not reduce the account balance below zero.

Disputes. Any dispute relating to a bet settlement, a bonus calculation, or a withdrawal must be raised with the jayabaji3 support team within thirty days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jayabaji3 will acknowledge a dispute within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a dispute, you may escalate by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] marked "Formal Complaint" for escalated review.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jayabaji3's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jayabaji3 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost winnings on bets that were voided due to technical error, or loss of enjoyment.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which jayabaji3 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts identified in the applicable operating territory.
